We want Missedyu to feel right for you. If it doesn't, we'll make it easy to step away.
Free trial first
Every new account starts with 20 free messages — no credit card required. You can experience the service fully before deciding to subscribe.
7-day refund window
If you subscribe and change your mind within 7 days of your first payment, email us at hello@missedyu.com and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After 7 days
Subscriptions are billed monthly. After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime from your account settings, or email hello@missedyu.com and we'll cancel for you.
Your data
Cancelling does not delete your memories or conversations — they stay in your account. If you'd like everything permanently deleted, just ask.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.
